The Secret To Results? Follow the Steps
Our Podcasts have been formulated as a series so you begin your training learning the basics and move into more intermediate and advanced sequencing in your cardio and/or strength-training workouts. No matter what your fitness level or yoga background, we feel it is best for you to start with our first Podcast*. By doing so, you will create optimal performance in each and every workout as you retrain your respiratory and cardiovascular systems. Just the basics of our yoga breathing (when used in a cardio workout with our NEW sequencing) challenges even professional athletes, so strap yourself in for the workout of your life! Our basic series of Podcasts are now available. A more advanced breathing series of this work will be available in 2009, giving you time now to learn, incorporate and practice these NEW techniques.
Bring Your Workout With You!
All Podcasts can be downloaded to your computer and/or any mp3 or IPod device, so you can bring your workout with you! We hope you enjoy this work and look forward to growing with you in your athletic mastery!
Go Be Great!
*Please note: Proper sequencing is required for the NEW Podcast Series.
