It is our pleasure to introduce you to a completely new way of training to achieve your goals athletically. Our program is a combination of energy management through specific breathing techniques that allow you to 1) access core energies stored in the body to develop peak endurance power, 2) properly sequenced flexibility training to improve range of motion and elasticity within the primary muscles and joints of your sport, 3) strength training for both primary muscles and the smaller muscles that get overlooked preventing injury and increasing performance, 4) accessing angles mentally and physically to create more balance and body awareness and 5) guided meditations and relaxation techniques. Yes, relaxation!

In developing the Flexibility For Athletes program, we incorporated optimal performance strategies drawn from the yoga tradition. Why yoga? Because it’s a mindful based discipline accompanied with mindful, conscious breathing and skillful movement. All the aspects essential to an athlete.

Every athlete already has what they need to excel. We’re going to show you how to use it to your advantage.
